I have purchased another system from eBay and realized that the camera is not working. End up I found AutoTecPro and purchased this system for my 2020 Dodge RAM. It’s day and night difference. Camera works right away after I have hooked up this screen. The screen resolution is superb. Everything is working as advertise. Technical may be have some delay but still very professional. Answered all my questions properly. Thanks and highly recommended.

I have done a lot of researches online and finally purchased from them. Delivery was smooth and fast. Order received in a few days. The package comes with everything that I need. Instruction given is clear enough for me to follow. It’s very easy. Truly plug and play. I managed to install it in 20 mins. It retains my steering wheel control, Alpine system and backup camera as well. My front and back parking sensor also working fine after the installation. I can feel that this thing is high quality. System runs smooth and fast. I’m using iPhone. I connected to the unit by wireless CarPlay. The only thing is the sim card, it took me a while to figure it out. I end up used T-Mobile and it is working perfectly fine. I also installed tons of apps on the system, such as Netflix, Youtube, Tubi…etc. Zero issue at all. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a radio upgrade on their truck. 👍
