Purchased the 12.5″ Android system on May 28 and it was shipped within a week to my door. The video and instruction sheets were very helpful and easy to follow. Follow-up support was not much-needed but when called once, it was responded to professionally by the tech and he gave a few tips to help adjust the setting which worked well. The screen is gorgeous and fits well with my Audi Q5 interior. So far so good!!
