For “Automatic transmission”, this system will support the original reverse camera directly without running any wires, it is plug and play.

For “Manual transmission”, the reverse signal wire may be required to run to the system in order to trigger the original reverse signal.

Note:

For SXM / Satellite radio, this system will come with built-in Sirius radio application which required WiFi internet connection.
Another alternative way is by additional module such as Sirius XM Commander (SXVCT1).
This extra module will be connected to the system and will allow you to access the Sirius radio as well.
Kindly remind all customers that this system does not support original CD player / CD changer since the screen will cover the dash, as well as the original CD player as well.

I have purchased this system for my 2012 Dodge RAM. Have been looking for a replacement screen for my truck for almost a year. Finally settled down with AutoTecPro. This system is fabulous. It supports all my original features, such as camera, steering wheel, climate control..etc. I can also watch video on this thing. Installation is easy and straight forward. They also provide excellent technical support as well. Highly recommend !

The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Very enthusiastic guys. Purcahsed a system for my 2012 Dodge RAM a few weeks ago, installed it with no issue. The instruction is very easy to understand. System is smooth with 8GB. My backup camera is working perfect. All my original features are the same as before. The tricky part is the cable that goes to the top button panel. It’s a bit tight, remember to lose the clip from the original dash first, it will be able to extend for about 3 inches. I will definitely go back, and always utilize them for all my car audio needs in the future.

2012 Ram 2500 Longhorn.
The unit arrived quickly and was very well packaged. On opening all parts were included. Installation videos were very helpful as no hard documentation comes with it. I had a problem with the stock backup camera. They recommended an update and factory reset. Sadly and oddly that fixed the camera for a day but then it stopped working. Testing a new cargo camera verified the problem was with my backup camera.
Tech support was outstanding. During normal business hours my emails were replied to within minutes.
Really great support and (so far) product. But note, this is adding an Android tablet and it acts like a tablet.
Only one problem. The connector my backup camera required was included but it’s different than what the video shows. Got a bit confused until it became clear the connector could only fit in one place.
