Long story short, I have purcahsed a similar screen from Amazon two months ago. Very disappointed with that purchase. Nothing work with that and I returned it in 2 days. I searched online and found Autotec. I did a lot research and end up decided to pull the trigger. Not only because they are located in North America, it’s also because their technical support is excellent and professional. My truck is 2020 RAM and I have ordered the 14.4″ new version. I received my package 3 days after the purchase. The shipping is smooth and fast. The unit is plug and play, I didn’t require to do any modification. It just sit on top. Excellent! The resolution of the screen is excellent. The first time when I turn on the truck, it just blown me away. The best screen I have seen on these system. My backup camera is working perfectly fine with the new system. Currently I am deciding to add the front camera as well. I will recommend this to everyone who is looking for an upgrade on their truck. I will definitely come back to purchase for my other vehicles.
