Note:

Kindly remind all customers that this model will only retain original SYNC 2 and SYNC 3 systems. It does not retain original SYNC 1.
For SYNC 1 system: It will still support the origianl backup camera, original sound system and origianl steering wheel control as well.
For SYNC 1 system: For SXM / Satellite radio, this system will come with built-in Sirius radio application which required WiFi internet connection.
Another alternative way is by additional module such as Sirius XM Commander (SXVCT1).
This extra module will be connected to the system and will allow you to access the Sirius radio as well.
For SYNC 2 and SYNC 3 systems: It will retain all the original features, included original SYNC system, original steering wheel control, original premium sound system (SONY / B & O), and Sirius XM radio.
Kindly remind all customers that this system does not support original CD player / CD changer since the screen will cover the dash, as well as the original CD player as well.

Purcahsed a 14.4 screen from AutoTec couple months ago. I have been using it for around 2 months. Here is my 2 cents. The system fits seamlessly to my vehicle. not even a single gap. I did a lot of research in the market before pulled the trigger. This system is the only one that fits all my requirenment. Such as retains my original SYNC, steering wheel control, original B&O and 360 camera as well. When I first installed this system, I ran into some issue on settings of the new screen. Their technical support department reponsed me real quick. It also comes with step by step instruction as well. The apple carplay is wireless and it connect to my phone everytime I start the truck but it required some time to set it up. Generally, the quality of this screen is excellent. If you have any questions about the installation, just shoot them an email like what I did. I will definitely recommend this to any F350 owner. Highly recommend !

I own a 2019 F450 with SYNC3. Purcahsed this screen from their website and received it after 3 days. Really fast shipping. Installation was very smooth. System works well with all my original features. I have 360 camera and trailer camera and no issues at all. The instruction is very detailed and included a bunch of settings. Very easy to follow. I managed to get the Netflix working on this unit. I am going to connect an extra set of camera myself. Overall it’s a great product and recommend to everyone.

Excellent service. I brought in my 2019 F350 truck to do a 14.4″ Tesla screen upgrade. Shipping was fast and smooth. The instruction that came with the package is user friendly and easy to understand. I was able to finish the installation by following the installation video in an hour. Software setup part is a bit tricky. I contacted their tech support team and I got it reolved in a minute. My problem was the connection from my phone to the original SYNC. I had to disconnect the bluetooth from the original SYNC first, then I can pair the wireless apple carplay to the new screen. The system is working flawlessly now. I even cusomtized the wallpaper on the unit as well. Excellent customer service! I will Recommend them to anyone needing a screen upgrade.

Around 2 months ago, I brought my first tesla screen for my 2019 F250 from AutoTecPro. My car is in great condition and I was concerned about if new screen will be working on my truck. After installing the new system, I have zero complains. Instead, I’m loving it. more than my wife. This screen changes everything, it upgrade my car to the next level. It is fully compatible with my original apim, i can still use all the original features on the new system, such as XM radio. This thing also allow me to watch YouTube and Netflix on it. All my backup cameras are working perfectly fine on the new screen. I got some questions on how to setup the software, their technical support is professional and patiently answered all my questions. Now I’m just waiting for my new speakers to come so I can put it on and complete the setup. Highly recommend!

These guys are true professionals. I’ve completely revamped this tesla screen in my 2018 F250 and I couldn’t be happier. To be clear, they are not the cheapest option but they are the best quality for sure. Before I found this company, I have ordered a similar from eBay but nothing worked, such as the SYNC is not retained, sound quality is bad..etc. End up I returned it. I searched online and come up to AutoTecPro. They mentioned this system retains my sync and all my original features. I then pulled the trigger and received it after a few days. Installation was very smooth. Just don’t forget to transfer the original sync module to the new system. Everything works like a charm. Not only it retains my massage seat features, it also comes with a high resolution 2k touch screen. System is smooth and fast. I ordered the 8GB version. I installed Prime video, Tubi, Neflix, Disney with no issues. Carplay also works perfectly fine. I found that the carplay and wifi hotpost cannot be used at the same time, so I purchased a sim card from Mint Mobile. Now I can use wireless CarPlay and internet at the same time. This system is top quality. Their customer service is also excellent. I’m fully satisfied. Highly recommend to anyone who looking for a screen upgrade on their truck.

These guys were very knowledgeable & provide very great service. I purchased a 14.4 screen from them 2 months ago, have been using it for almost a month, so far i have no issue at all. The only issue I got is the Nova launcher. This is a customized theme that I used on my previous radio. I sent them couple email and got replies shortly. Very professional and responsive. Remember to read the installation instruction included in the package, very informative and useful. I also managed to insert a sim card to access the internet. The system is very fast and smooth as well. I extended the memory by a 128GB USB stick with no issue at all. Truly appreciated and highly recommend. Nice job 👍
