AutoTecPro, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and feel confident in their investment. That’s why we offer a comprehensive warranty policy that covers any manufacturing defects or faults that may arise during normal use.

To make a warranty claim, customers should contact our Support Team by email at (support@AutoTecPro.com), together with your purchase order number. We will promptly respond to all warranty claims and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

 

Warranty

All our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

Our warranty policy covers all parts and labour cost.

Please note that our warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to determine whether a warranty claim is valid and will require proof of purchase and other documentation to support the claim.

Cameras accessories comes with 90 days warranty upon receipt of the order.

Return

Returns are only accepted within 14 days starts from the date of delivery based on the original tracking information. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Product must be in original packaging with all accessories originally come with the package.
  • Product must be un-installed. We highly recommend customers to test the system before fully installed the system.
  • Product must not be altered or tempered.
  • If original product package is damaged and has ever been installed, there will be a 20% of restocking fee.
  • Kindly remind all customers to test the system before fully installed the system.

Within the 14 days upon receipt of the order, returns are FREE within Canada & United States only. In case of return or exchange, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International orders (Except Canada & United States) do not qualify for free return shipping. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost for the warranty. In case of refund, the return cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. Exceptions include defective items upon received and shipping errors made by AutoTecPro.

**For United States, it excludes recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Island and Guam.

Wrong Purchase or Purchase by Mistake

It is customer’s responsibility to confirm the correct model before you purchase. If you are uncertain about the compatibility, please feel free to take a picture of your original dash and send it to our technical support department (support@AutoTecPro.com) together with you order number and our technician will be more than happy to assist you. Exchange may only be accepted if the system is still in original packaging, original condition, and has not been tampered or attempted to be installed, with ALL contents of the box are still sealed and in original condition as it was shipped to the buyer. Customers will be responsibility for the return shipping cost.

Refund

Once your return is returned to our depot, our technician will inspect the item. Our support team will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, up to 5 -7 business days.

Third party installation charges would not be covered under Refund Warranty term from AutoTecPro.

AutoTecPro reserve the right on making the final decision if the product does not meet the listed criteria.

Shipping

For international customers (Except Canada and United States), customers will be responsible for the customs and duties.

Returns are FREE within Canada & United States only (excludes recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Island and Guam). In case of return or exchange, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at (support@AutoTecPro.com) and provide us with your order number, a description of the defect, and any additional information that may be relevant. We will evaluate your claim and, if it is covered under this warranty, provide you with instructions for returning the product.

Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the product to us if it is out of 14 days upon receipt of your order, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

AutoTecPro Third Party Purchase

“Our company hereby explicitly declares that we are not accountable for third-party purchases, including warranties and refunds.”  This statement clearly communicates our company’s stance regarding third-party transactions and emphasizes your lack of responsibility for any issues related to these purchases. You are to contact the supplier, dealer, buyer for any purchase that is not made from “AutoTecPro”.
