Note:

For SXM / Satellite radio, this system will come with built-in Sirius radio application which required WiFi internet connection.
Another alternative way is by additional module such as Sirius XM Commander (SXVCT1).
This extra module will be connected to the system and will allow you to access the Sirius radio as well.
Kindly remind all customers that this system does not support original CD player / CD changer since the screen will cover the dash, as well as the original CD player as well.
Kindly remind all customers that if your truck equipped with “Original” roof mounted monitor, it will not be compatible. If the “Roof” mounted monitor is aftermarket, then it is compatible.
Kindly remind all customers that this system is fully compatible with the original backup camera if it shows on the original radio screen. If the camera image is currently shows on the mirror, you may need to manually run the wire from the mirror to the system.

Bought a tesla screen for my 2018 Dodge RAM 1500 from them. We really love the BIG screen. We have done a lot of research before purchased this system. Seems like this is the only model that keep my trailer brake switch. Also thanks for the technical support. The staff is professional and answered all my questions very patiently. Highly recommend!!

I installed this in my 2021 Ram 1500 Classic. It looks great, better than the factory units. It took just a couple of hours to install and was fairly simple. I did have to separate my wiring harness to relocate the factory brake controller to the new location but the wires are long enough.. Sound is great and it is easy to use. The tech support was quick and knowledgeable when I needed to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit. They sent me a software update and told me how to download it, Ten minutes from start to finish and did what it was supposed to. Well worth the money to upgrade, this costs less than most others I looked at and it has the most original features that still work. The only thing that doesn’t work is is the VR for the phone and microphones in the ceiling. The mic on the system works just fine. I was able to reprogram the VR button to be a mute button for the radio so it is still useful. Very happy I purchased this!

I live in Vancouver, B.C and ordered their Tesla Style head unit for my 2017 Ram 1500 Sport (auto climate control, 4×4, etc.) in June 2021. The unit was shipped promptly and arrived promptly (nicely packaged) but became defective shortly after installation. Sunny and Iris worked with myself respectfully and resolved the issue in short order. I shipped the whole package back inclusive of the OBD 2 reader (which was a gift) and receive a new head unit package but sadly there was no OBD 2 reader with the new package. After installing the new head unit, I have taken my vehicle on gravel roads (camping / hunting) and have not had any issues (be it electronically or physically) to date with the installation from the potential vibrations from the gravel roads. Many of my friends have thought the head unit was installed at factory. They have often said to me, “I never new the Tesla style head unit came in 2017 Ram’s!”. I really enjoy this new head unit and so do my kids. I believe this head unit will give me many years of good service and I am happy that I decided to trust Sunny and Iris with making my purchase of their Tesla Style head unit at Autotec. I have found Sunny’s install videos and software links to be informative and I really appreciate that they are truly open to questions from their customers. Thanks.

I wanted a big screen in my 2017 Ram 2500 and couldn’t decide which I ended up selecting this one for two reasons: kept my factory brake control one. and retain my cliamte control. The brake controller part is working good. Screen is working good. It looks amazing in my vehicle as well.
