Awesome customer service with quick responses. Just to let the public know about my experience. I had visited the web site on youtube and found AutotecPro and purchased an Android 11 Infotainment radio and it was out for delivery in three days. I went back to the web site which allows me to track easily (very nice plus) saw that it had shipped and delivery in four days UPS. When on the web site I found that the radio was upgraded to Android 13. I went to there Chat room on their web site on Sunday, and Today (Monday morning) They had indicated they shipped the new Android 13 not the Android 11. WOW!!
